"A two-bedroom pied-à-terre reimagined for a contemporary buyer, with a focus on softening and minimizing the dated 1980s elements without over-renovating. The existing grey carpets and floor tile were required to remain, making the primary challenge one of visual refresh rather than structural change. Through a lighter palette, considered styling, and restrained updates, the space was elevated while working within these fixed constraints. The removal of the oversized wall mirrors proved especially transformative, instantly modernizing the interiors and shifting the overall feel from dated to calm, refined, and market-ready.."
