"A two-bedroom pied-à-terre reimagined for a contemporary buyer, with a focus on softening and minimizing the dated 1980s elements without over-renovating. The existing grey carpets and floor tile were required to remain, making the primary challenge one of visual refresh rather than structural change. Through a lighter palette, considered styling, and restrained updates, the space was elevated while working within these fixed constraints.
